Use this funny application to check out how you behave behind your steering wheel. Either your performance criteria is to be safe and economical, or to be the fastest whatever is needed to do so, Driver Zone will provide you that:
- Speed, actual and maximum (on speedometer and in numbers)
- Forward and Lateral Acceleration-G, actual and maximum
- Records for Quarter Mile, Half Mile and Mile (stop and Go) (400m, 1000m, 2000m DA) and 0-60mph (0-100km/h)
- Fuel and time sparing estimation (versus given speed limit)
- and Most important : What kind of Driver you are ! Hmmm “Daddy Cool” or “Crazy Larry” … ?
Just calibrate it before you start, reset scores if needed, and you’re ready to have fun !

Driver Zone can also be used in trains (TGV, ICE …) or planes or any vehicle where you cannot see instruments or dashboard, if you want to know your speed, heading and position between sea and space …

Speed information may be inaccurate especially at low speed due to the limited GPS reception quality of the iPhone.
When using the iPhone in the car, ensure the device has a free view to the sky for signal reception, and that no protective cover prevents good reception. Cars with metalized thermally insulated windshield may be inappropriate for iPhone’s use because they prevent good GPS signal reception as well.
